I am out of state and read the positive reviews for Coastal Flowers. Called early this morning and a gorgeous arrangement was delivered within hours for a niece's birthday. I'm thrilled with the flowers they choose. Definitely recommend them. Thank you Jenny.

Absolutely incredible experience. I needed flowers for my brother’s surprise engagement, and after realizing I had nowhere to safely keep them, she was kind enough to reopen the shop for a few minutes so I could swing by and pick them up. That level of kindness and customer service is so rare. The flowers were beautiful, fresh, and made the whole moment even more special. You can truly tell how much she cares about her customers. I’m beyond grateful and will absolutely be coming back for future events. Highly recommend!

After a complete nightmare experience with a large online flower retailer where my Mother’s Day flowers were delayed over and over for four days and never delivered, I finally called Coastal Flowers & Gifts. Honestly, I wish I had called them first. Charlotte was absolutely amazing to work with from the moment she answered the phone. She was kind, professional, understanding, and immediately made me feel like everything was going to be taken care of. Within less than 24 hours, they created and delivered a fresh, beautiful bouquet to my mother in law, and she absolutely loves them. The arrangement was stunning and exactly what I had hoped for. You can truly tell this is a local business that cares about its customers and takes pride in what they do. If you are debating between using a big online retailer or a real local florist, call Coastal Flowers & Gifts. The service, communication, and quality were outstanding. I will use them again in a heartbeat.

I had the pleasure of working with them for my wedding flowers. We ended up planning a last minute vow ceremony/wedding/elopement--Jenny was so kind and helpful in planning (which we did remotely) and the flowers were beautiful. I gave her an idea of what I was looking for and she knocked it out of the park. It was perfect, as were the table arrangement and boutonnieres. I highly recommend her-- I will be ordering my flowers from here from now on! Thank you so much! (Photo credit: ZSS Photography/@zssphoto)

Charlotte was very helpful on the phone and assisted me with same day delivery! I called around 10 AM and they were delivered that afternoon! No issues at all. They asked for preferences and which flowers to stay away from and my mom loved them!
